What to wear for training
For your initial taster or beginner classes, simply arrive in a comfortable sports T-shirt, breathable training shorts or leggings that permit free movement, and bring plenty of water. As you progress into regular sessions, you will require your own 14oz or 16oz gloves, wraps, and shin guards. Before purchasing elsewhere, speak to our coaching team so we can recommend the ideal weight, fit, and protection level for your discipline.
